Midlife Women on the Verge of a Breakdown

If you've scrolled through Instagram or Tiktok recently, you may have noticed something.

Midlife women are no longer dressed 'appropriately' or 'for their age', but instead they are rocking outfits that are bold, colorful, and that fly in the face of convention.

I've noticed that - while the majority of the comments made on my reels are positive - there are still plenty that tell me women are playing by the old rules.

Comments like

• Those pants are too short (when referring to cropped pants)

• Lose the brows

• You're too old to wear that

• Not at your age, honey.

Well, ladies, if this is your current mindset, get ready, because I am going to blow your mind and all you thought you new about style - right out the window.
