Being Sober is Cool Now

I don’t know if being sober is actually cool or not, but I have noticed a lot of people are going that route. In today’s episode I wanted to have a conversation about sobriety, alcohol, and my personal experience with that. I’m personally not going sober, but I am cutting back because of goals I want to accomplish. I say no judgement a million times in this episode, because I want this to be something for all of us to keep an open mind about. We all consume alcohol or choose not to based off what is best for us in this time in our lives. Unless, you are someone who does not have control over your consumption and needs help in this area, most of us can decide for ourselves what is best for us. As in all my episodes, I hope to inspire and give you something interesting to think about.
