Caleb and the Macaw Rescue

Hey GIGI kids,

Today we have a great story about Caleb, who helps his mum rescue a trapped macaw. Looking after God's creation is very important.

Here's a sneak peek:

As they drove into the forest, Caleb could hardly sit still. He loved going with his mum into nature—the quiet, the smells, the way everything felt alive.

After finding a parking spot, Caleb followed his mum along a narrow trail deep in the forest.

Mum pointed things out and quizzed him on what she had taught him.

"Do you remember what those flowers do—who they help?"

"Yep! They feed the bees."

"Good. And what about—"

A sudden screech in the distance stopped them in their tracks.

They stood still, listening.

"SQUAWK! SQUAAAWK!"
