I Struggled to Meditate… Until Mother Mary Taught Me THIS!

Meditation is something I love… AND something I struggled with… for years!!

I lived in a spiritual community where I was required to meditate for three hours a day, so I knew ‘what to do’ - but I had a hard time FEELING much of anything… until Mother Mary helped me have a huge shift! In this episode, I share my personal struggle with meditation, and what Mother Mary taught me that made it so that I FEEL the Divine Presence when I meditate…and how you can too! Key Learnings:

  1. There is a plethora of information about meditation available on the internet. There are even more guided meditations, but TRUE meditation is not passive. The four most important components of meditation are relaxing your body, calming your mind, turning your attention inward and focusing your attention. These are the four things you will learn in any ashram.

  2. If I was doing all of those things, what was I missing? After my ‘visitation’ from Mother Mary, She began teaching me how to FEEL the presence of the Divine. THAT changed everything!

  3. Meditation is a relationship. You are becoming friends with your deepest self. Approach meditation as you would any other friendship and watch the miracles happen.
