European Nightjar•1 ½ oz vodka•1 ½ oz milk•1 ½ oz chocolate bar•½ oz Fernet-Branca•IceInstructions1.Melt chocolate bar and heat with milk until it creates a smooth ganache (microwave for ease and cool before use)2.Combine vodka, ganache, and Fernet-Branca in a cocktail shaker with ice3.Shake shake shake4.Strain into a chilled martini glass
