Zaiba Hasan and Uzma Jafri are moms first, careerwomen second, and global citizens at heart. They aim to better their immediate households, communities, and their momsisterhood the world over by telling the truths sometimes people don't want to face or to hear. Not everyone has the privileges they have and they are eager to learn, more than they are to share their own experiences. Always looking to give back, they find women and families who need a mic because no one needs a voice; they just need an opportunity to speak. Besides tough social issues, they also tackle political ones because when laws affect their kids, they're coming for them as well as the ones who make them! There's no lane that doesn't get taken here. Along the way, they recruit momallies for Muslim Americans who have been inordinately targeted for the last 20 years. True moms know that ALL our children deserve to be safe, loved, and happy, and we bust every yellow brick on the Islamaphobic road to make sure they all are. Siraj Wahhaj
Siraj Wahhaj was born as Jeffrey Kearse and raised in Brooklyn. His mother was a nurse and his father a hospital dietitian. His brother is writer and editor Gregory S. Kearse of Silver Spring, Maryland. He went to church religiously and went on to become a Sunday school teacher as a teenager in a Baptist church.[4] Wahhaj then later went on to the New York University on a partial scholarship. He also played basketball where he met a teammate who interested him in the Nation of Islam, an African-American movement. He subsequently converted to Islam. In 1969 he ended his schooling and joined the Nation of Islam, changing his name to Jeffrey12x.[4] During this time he was vocal in his belief that “white people are devils.” He said of this, “I preached it. I taught it.”[5] Wahhaj says of his interest in the Nation: “It wasn’t the theology that attracted me to the Nation of Islam at all… It was the kind of do-for-self black pride.” When Elijah Muhammed died in 1975, “His teachings began to unravel in my mind”, and he became a Sunni Muslim with the encouragement of Muhammad’s son Warith Deen Mohammed. Mohammed took over and reorganized the Nation of Islam, urging members to come to orthodox Islam. Kearse then changed his name again to Siraj Wahhaj, which means “bright light” in Arabic. He was chosen to study Islam at the Umm al-Qura university of Mecca for a period of four months in 1978.[5] He also briefly taught a course in Islamic studies at Howard University, where Johari Abdul-Malik is the chaplain.

Ismail Londt Shaykh Ismail Londt is a household name in the field of Tajweed, Qira’at and Quranic studies in Egypt and the world over. At the tender age of 13, Shaykh Ismail got hold over the Hifdh of the Holy Quran and has met with success by obtaining six independent Ijazat and multiple Asanid in his fields of expertise. Having completed formal education in Newcastle which took care of the Arabic language and Islamic studies, he is now looking to expand his options in specialization in the field of Linguistics at Unisa. He is designated with the directorship of the Dar Ubaiy Centre and conducts lectures and symposiums at the International Peace College of South Africa not to forget he is also an eminent and prolific member of the Department of Quranic Affairs under the Muslim Judicial Council. Being on the coveted and prestigious panel for the annual Dubai International Holy Quran Awards was an opportunity granted to him on the good word of Shaikh Isa Ahmad al-Ma’sarawi. At the Madina Institute, South Africa, Shaykh Ismail Londt renders his services as a lecturer to inspire and encourage new and fresh talent solely for the propagation of Deen and Islamic progression.

Assim Al-Hakeem
Sheikh Assim Al-Hakeem is one of the prominent propagators of Islam in English in Saudi Arabia. He is a Saudi National and resides in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He got his B.A in linguistics from King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah in 1987, and later on he had a High diploma in Islamic studies from Umm Al Qura University in Makkah in 1998. Apart from his da’wah activities, Sheikh Assim started his Work Experience in 1988 as an English teacher for High school, and then changed his career by taking up different positions in the field of Human Resources and Public Relations. He is working now as HR; PR Director at one of the leading companies in Saudi Arabia in the fields of rock cutting, earthmoving and mining. Sheikh Assim travels often to Europe, Asia; the Middle East for delivering Islamic lectures by invitation of local and international organizations. He is a visiting speaker for Mercy Mission’s ‘Twins of Faith’ conferences and AlKauthar is delighted to have him join our instructor team.

Yasser Al Dossari is born in Riyadh in 1981, words will not suffice to list out the accolades and excellent credentials of this gifted Shaykh with a voice that was made to be for Qur’an recitation and Imamat. After the Hifdh of the Holy Qur’an at the tender age of 15 under eminent and noted Shaykhs like like Sheikh Bakri Tarabishi, and Sheikh Ibrahim Al Akhdar, Yasser Al-Dosari graduated from Faculty of Sharia Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University which was converted into a successful Doctorate in comparative jurisprudence Institute of the Judiciary at the same university. Sheikh al-Dossari has had the good fortune of receiving support and assistance from like-minded and equally gifted scholars and Shaykhs like Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Jibreen, Shaykh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh (Mufti in Saudi Arabia), Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Humaid (Chairman of the Board CSM country), and Sheikh Saad bin Nasser Al Shateri (a member of the senior Preachers). At present, he finds himself occupied in being a member of the King Saud University, the Global Europe Symposium of Muslim Youth while also multitasking as an Imam and Orator in Dakhil Mosque in Riyadh and the General secretary of Prince Sultan University for teaching Quran to the Saudi Arabian Defense forces.
