195. How a teacher and a mom got off Trazodone and sleeps 7-8 hours a night in 2 months

My client Maura came to me when she was struggling to fall asleep and would go days without sleeping if she wasn’t taking a sleeping pill. 

She was taking Trazodone and Lexapro to sleep and feel calm. 

She was a mom to 2 young children and she had to take a leave from teaching because she wasn’t sleeping.
