84. Positivity With An Impact. An Interview with Holly Gould Conklin

Today I’m interviewing Holly, a client of mine. She’s my first interview in a series of women runners turning 50 in 2023 (because I turn 50 this year). Holly shares how running has shaped her view on turning 50. She shares her involvement with the organization Girls On The Run. I titled this episode “Positivity with an Impact” because of the positive ripple effect Holly is creating in her life and the lives of others through her commitment to mindfulness, running and wellness. ***Spoiler alert***: we talk about her upcoming trip to Wyoming this summer to participate in my retreat Running Aligned Body and Mind 2023.
