BREAKOUT: Los Angeles Angels Fantasy Baseball OUTLOOK – Will Zack Neto RISE to Top 5 in 2027?

Los Angeles Angels’ fantasy hopes ride on Zack Neto’s potential leap into elite shortstop territory—can 2027 be his breakout 30-30 season? Matthew Ahne highlights Neto’s underlying metrics, rising walk rate, and the lingering team limitations that could shape his ceiling, as well as the impact of a possible minimum spending cap on the roster’s quality.

Mike Trout faces the twilight of his legendary career, but could a vintage season still be in the cards for fantasy managers banking on proven greatness? Matthew Ahne explores the upside of young catcher Moisés Ballesteros as a deep sleeper, urges caution with Josh Lowe’s production, and breaks down Reid Detmers’ strikeout surge and tweakable arsenal. Plus, the show wraps with a warning and a watch-list spot for once-promising Grayson Rodriguez. How should you approach the Angels’ volatile mix for your next fantasy baseball draft?
