Ep 879 : Today I dive into meeting comedian Steven Wright, Metallica at the Sphere and Jack White crushing the Palladium

Today on another episode of Let There Be Talk, I'm flying solo and getting into a few things that have been rattling around in my head.

First off, I finally got to meet the legendary Steven Wright. If you know comedy, you know how important this guy is. One of the most original comedians to ever step on a stage. His brain works on a completely different frequency, and getting the chance to meet him was pretty damn cool.

I also want to talk about Metallica playing the Sphere in Las Vegas. Think about that for a second. Metallica, one of the biggest bands in the history of rock, taking on one of the most insane venues ever built. I love seeing this band go higher and higher this deep into their career.

And then we're getting into one of my all-time favorite records, The White Stripes' White Blood Cells. Man, what a fucking record. Jack White is one of those artists who just gets it. The songwriting, the sounds, the attitude, the creativity. I've been a huge fan of everything that guy touches.

Thanks for tuning in my friends and I hope to see you out on the road.
