Don shares stories not only from his career, but also his father’s, Millard Blair, who had a 70+ year career as an arborist. The guys and Don discuss the changes he’s seen made in the tree industry, particularly the advancements made in equipment. Don also shares why he believes educating younger students on the opportunities in the tree care industry is crucial going forward for industry growth.
