Brandon CollinsThe Alabama Remedy Recipe:Ingredients 2 oz bourbon 1 oz peach liqueur or ¾ oz peach purée 1 oz sweet tea ½ oz fresh lemon juice 2–3 dashes Angostura bitters Ginger beer to top Peach slice or lemon wheel for garnish Optional: a pinch of cayenne or a drop of hot honey

Instructions Shake the bourbon, peach liqueur or purée, sweet tea, lemon juice, and bitters with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a peach slice or lemon wheel. Optional: add a tiny dusting of cayenne or a drop of hot honey on top for heat
