A used car dealership in Mapunapuna credits police and the community for getting most of its stolen cars back. After a series of scandals rocked the state capitol, Gov. Josh Green today signed into law a bill to help combat public corruption. And on Hawaii Island, police have identified a body found in a shallow stream in Waimea.
