Here's what you'll need: 6 eggs500ml malt vinegar500ml cider vinegarsliced garliccoriander seedspeppercornsdried chillies Instructions: Hard boil the eggs and peel.In a large jar, combine the vinegar, garlic, coriander seeds, peppercorns and dried chilliesAdd the eggs to the jar, making sure they are completely submerged in the brine.Allow the eggs to pickle for at least 2 days in the refrigerator before serving.
