Jimmy welcomes Lane Selman back to the show after coming on last July. Lane is a professor at Oregon State University who started the Culinary Green Initiative in 2011. In this episode, we learn about Lane's mission, her new book about Radicchio and its varieties, working with Italian farmers, bringing seeds back to the Northwest and plenty more!
