Cozumel Vireo
- 1 ½ oz Reposado or Blanco Tequila
- ½ oz Triple Sec
- ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup*
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- Ice
- Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- In a shaker filled halfway with ice, add tequila, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, and cinnamon syrup.
- Shake shake shake
- Pour into a lowball glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick
*Cinnamon Syrup recipe
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all in a small sauce pot
- Bring to a simmer, cook on low for 5 minutes
- Cool completed, transfer to a container and refrigerate up to 6 months.
