Most guests who enter the Disneyland Resort pass by adorable police dogs while entering the resort. This week, the Disney Parks Blog goes into detail about the training of these furry cast members. The K9 unit at Disneyland, known as the Pluto unit, is made up of 28 trained security dogs of various breeds. Once trained offsite and paired with their handler, they are inducted as official Disneyland Cast members. Each get their own ID card and name tag. The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Disneyland and Walt Disney World will soon be visited by a very prominent family member. The Fairy Godmother will be making visits to the boutiques where little princes and princesses can get all done up like true royalty. A new public transit system that is already at Disney World might be making its way to Anaheim before 2028. The Anaheim Investigator, run by an independent journalist, found through open records requests from the City of Anaheim that discussions are ongoing for a gondola system to connect the Honda Center to the Anaheim Convention Center and the Disneyland Resort.
