Police refer felony murder charges in death of Milwaukee man held down by security guards

Police referred felony murder charges in the case of a Black man who died after being held down by security guards outside a Milwaukee hotel. Video shows four individuals restraining D'Vontaye Mitchell while he was on the concrete and shouting for help. Mitchell was unresponsive when police arrived and was later pronounced dead.
