Relieve the Pressure! Can HEPA Filters Reduce Blood Pressure for Individuals Living in Environments with High Air Pollution?

Could a simple intervention of installing a home appliance lower a patient’s blood pressure and risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD)? The environment we live in, including the air we breathe, has a large impact on our health. What if a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter could mitigate this risk for patients living in high-risk environments?
