Here we are at the end of a pandemic and we're now seeing a surge in mental health challenges for teens, but specifically for Black teen girls. It started suddenly, which was a shock to everyone but teens took it hard not to see their friends. This affected their social-emotional growth and exacerbated underlying health problems for many. We talk about what has happened, what is happening now, and what parents can look for and do to help their teens.
