SHLTMM is an ongoing conversation about mothers/female role models and the role they play/played in ones life. The mother/son, mother/daughter bond is unique for each of us and it is like no other. "You'll be amazed at human nature and how we can overcome our obstacles, says the podcast host. Our mother/son--mother/daughter relationship is such an integral part of who we are. What we choose to do with it, is up to us, not our mother. "Did your mom influence you by her actions or words or both? Are you who you are today because of or in spite of, your mother? Yes hindsight is 20/20, but by sharing these stories now, we can help the next generations of mothers and give them the tools they need to stay healthy, balanced and strong for the betterment of their children and themselves.
