Investigative Timeline - August 21, 2014: In this episode, Detective Kim Davis prepares a probable cause affidavit to present to Oklahoma County Judge Cindy Troung, seeking an arrest warrant for Daniel Holtzclaw on 9 criminal complaints: 1 count of rape in the first degree, 1 count of rape by instrumentation, 3 counts of forcible oral sodomy, 2 counts of sexual battery and 2 counts of indecent exposure. Judge Troung sets Daniel Holtzclaw'sbond at $5-million in cash. Upon Holtzclaw's arrest, the media frenzy begins. This is the first time Holtzclaw has been named and his picture shown to the public in relation to this investigation.
Holtzclaw's father, Eric Holtzclaw, begins calling around in search of a defense lawyer for his son.
