Deck The Halls: Decorating for the Holidays

In today’s episode, we turn our focus to decking the halls! If there’s one way to be sure to feel the holiday spirit, it may just be by transforming our homes into winter wonderlands with seasonal touches that proclaim something special is happening here, in this moment.

Whether it be adorning mantels, stairways and table tops with greenery, like Good Housekeeping, Magnolia, and Country Living encourage.

Or by handcrafting new garlands, paper snowflakes, or stars made of twigs- that will someday become family heirlooms- by way of Better Homes and Gardens. 

Or maybe it’s rolling out the plaid rug and tossing a few plaid throw pillows that make their appearance only for a season, which Country Living magazine celebrates. 

This is the time we prepare our homes to lovingly hold the merriment that is about to ensue. It’s the time to curate the backdrop to the unabashed excitement, belly laughter, incomparable anticipation, and deep feels that are so alive this time of year.
