Jimmy dials up Michael Roper, Owner/Founder of Hopleaf in Chicago, IL. Michael brings us back to his days working at bars in Detroit, buying one of the roughest bars in the city, moving to Chicago in the 80's, and eventually opening up the renowned Hopleaf.
