Every day we take a breath from the busy work day to hang out with friends and talk about the world of sports, entertainment and specifically CrossFit. Today, we talk about the CrossFit Games Announcing they are going to San Jose for the 2026 Games. We will follow up on yesterdays chip mindset discussion and the loss of confidence.
