Maddie Medley

Hello friends! Denver based singer-songwriter Maddie Medley is my guest for episode 1603! Maddie's latest album, the lush and dreamy Fawn's Enemy comes out next Friday, 9/25 on Soundly Music / Thirty Tigers. She'll be celebrating with a release show at The Basement in Nashville on Saturday, 9/26. Go to maddiemedley.com for tour dates, music and more. Maddie and I have a great conversation about making Fawn's Enemy with her partner and co-producer Luke Krutzke between Tennessee, Kansas City, and Denver, moving to Denver from Nashville, getting signed to a major label at 20, realizing that the major labels aren't for everyone, songwriting, coloring outside the lines, and much more. I had a great time getting to know Maddie. I'm sure you will too. Let's get down!
