The Orlando Magic have had a slow and patient rebuild to get themselves to the Playoffs. After an injury-filled season, the Magic seem eager to take another big step this offseason. President of basketball operations Jeff Weltman promised the team will look to this offseason with more of a win-now lens. They seem eager to address their offensive issues and elevate the team into the contending tier in the Eastern Conference.
