Comedian and commentator Pete Dominick stopped by for a divine check-in, and things got real.

• He opened up about his work helping veterans and men in crisis. Then he looked Me and Jesus in the eye and asked, “Where were You when I needed You?” And lo, the room got awkward.

• Pete also shared the daily routines that keep him sane in a collapsing world, and stories from his time hanging with comedy legends like Lewis Black and Artie Lange. The man’s seen some things.
