PMP #306: Money = Time + Energy

When I first started my business, like most business owners, I was focused on making money. That’s the goal of any business, right? And for me, I simply wanted to earn enough to replace my full-time salary. However, over time, how I view money has evolved. As I’ve talked about before, I now put a lot of my effort into making the business more efficient; optimising our time and the energy required to do our work.
