Pokemon Feels Different After 30 Years | PUCL 764

Pokémon is turning 30, but for longtime fans, the franchise feels very different than it used to.

This week, Dustygogoat joins Thatch for a conversation about what it means to grow up alongside Pokémon. With Pokémon Bank's eventual shutdown hanging over the series, we talk about preserving decades of Pokémon, what we expect from future ports, and how our relationship with the franchise has changed as we've gotten older.

We also look at Pokémon's 30th Anniversary so far, why it hasn't quite lived up to our expectations, and where we think the franchise goes from here.

Is Pokémon changing, or are we?
