Paola Atlason is a Health and Wellness Coach based in New York City. She offers assessments, meal planning, dietary guidance and self-care protocols to help her clients live happier, healthier, and freer lives.
Paola has been a certified wellness practitioner since 2017, but her interest in mindful eating dates back over 20 years. After moving to New York City from the Dominican Republic to study Design, Paola struggled with her mental and physical health, most visibly with her skin and weight. She tried a range of temporary solutions, from pills to diets to skipping meals and over exercising, with few long term results, apart from feeling powerless. This drove Paola into a journey of self healing where she dove into learning from the best integrative physicians in the world, like Dr Mark Hyman and Dr Alejandro Junger, into researching how the body works and how to heal from within, all while she began experimenting these new found methods on herself.
In 2016, Paola left her job as a Fashion Design Executive and devoted herself to her Holistic Health practice, with a simple approach: construct your lifestyle to become adaptable to any situation life throws at you. With this new mindset, Paola became a Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, and a member of the Association Of Drugless Practitioners.
Over the past few years she’s supported hundreds of individuals across the world in aligning their minds and bodies. Her food-as-medicine “Ideal Plate” approach has helped her students look and feel youthful, achieve mental clarity, release weight and inflammation, improve mood and sleep, and feel lighter about life in general. Most importantly, Paola helps you develop trust in yourself again.
