1. Write Your Script: Spend some time writing a detailed script for the next three months of your life, focusing on the positive aspects and goals you want to achieve.
2. Create a Mood Board: Visualize your desired life with a mood board, using tools like Pinterest or AI-generated imagery.
3. Embody Your Script: Start living your script in small ways every day, aligning your actions with the life you want to create.
