In this podcast episode we talk with Terril Tyson about his career. He started straight out of high school working in a call center from a bank then got promoted into an analyst position, moved into management and now is the VP for a bank. We talk about his journey and some of the lessons he learned along the way.Also joining this episode is my student Craig Thomas who is interested in breaking into the banking analytics space. We ask Craig an interview question and have Terril weigh in and give feedback on his answer. We end the episode with a portfolio review.
