Metal Geeks 286: Breaking Down D23 2026 Geekery

Cary the Metal Geek and Not So Brutal George are back with another massive dose of Metal Geeks geekery! This time, the Geeks are breaking down the Hell’s Heroes 2027 lineup, talking about what’s got them excited, and diving headfirst into all the biggest announcements from D23 2026.

What We’re Watching: Cary has been checking out The Odyssey, Obsession, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, Disney Worldbuilders, and Lanterns, while George joins in with Lanterns and the new season of Reacher.

Then it’s time to Marvel, Reading, and Star Wars before we fire up the gaming discussion. Cary is back to Ghost of Yotei with DLC arriving in October, while the Geeks also talk Mortal Shell 2, Scott Pilgrim EX, Marvel Tokon, and Metal: Hellsinger.

But the big topic this week is D23 2026! We break down the biggest Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, Disney Animation, Disney+ and Disney Parks announcements. Plus, we ask the most important question of all: Which D23 announcement has the biggest chance of becoming the next Disney phenomenon?

It's another packed episode of movies, television, Marvel, Star Wars, Disney Parks, video games, metal and plenty of geekery!
