Since 1981, major cities across America have experienced a rash of sightings involving persons dressed as clowns. This creepy phenomenon has led authorities on wild chases and disturbing investigations. While this may sound strange, or even comical, it is something far beyond a few pranksters trying to scare their neighbors.
