Proof, Promise, Plan

In this episode, I'm talking about three things that every single business needs in order for a customer to feel comfortable buying their product or service:

  • Proof

  • Promise

  • Plan

(You may not realize it, but when you're making a buying decision, you're unconsciously on the lookout for these things, too.)

Using Code Red as example:

  • Proof: Before and after photos and testimonials of Rebels who've gotten results

  • Promise: A nutrition program that enables you to lose up to 10% of your body weight every month without shakes, diet pills, diet foods, or exercise

  • Plan: A Home Study program, the 10 Pound Takedown, the 7-Day Total Body Reset, the 21-Day Identity Shift, my books...there are lots of plans with Code Red!

In today's world, proof can be faked (or stolen), and consumers are - understandably - pretty distrustful because of it.

As a consumer, it's important to do your due diligence.

As a business owner, it's important to be transparent about your proof as well as show it.
