sc 635 Born To Be Alive

July is here, ready or not, and Toppie has little enthusiasm. Time keeps on Tripping... He describes a recent open house held by his Cousin Chris/Carroll and they're wife Marlene who have moved into a new, old place that has a porch Toppie envies.

Plus, a parental update, listener interaction and a couple of Stick It Out Your Back Door entries.
