Along the way, you'll hear top training tips, monumental mistakes and some inspirational stories. The Runners Reunion Podcast
The Runners Reunion Podcast
Welcome to the Runners Reunion Podcast your hosts are Grant Whitney, John Gorman and Ron Gillooly. The Runners Reunion podcast was inspired by the Runners Reunion event organized by Scott Mason and Gerry Beagan in 2019. John and Ron attended the event and had a great time reconnecting with many friends from the 70s, 80s and 90s. In the spirit of that event we decided a podcast would be a great way to continue to connect with our friends from the running community and share their stories.

The Stubborn Tortoise
The Stubborn Tortoise
People often ask me why I love trail running. It's all about the stories. You meet a different kind of person on the trails: connects with nature, doesn't mind slowing down if someone is in need, says, "Good job, runner." Trail runners are competitive, for sure. But it's also egalitarian. Seldom will you find the elites separated from the regular folk. Everyone gets lost at some point. Everyone falls. These are our badges of passage. This is my take on trail culture. Logo: Kevin Stich Music: "Our Sky," by Overland (via Free Music Archive) Contact
