The Joyful Life Podcast

Cambria Joy

Healthy living. You’re told to love yourself. Accept yourself. Be yourself. But how are you supposed to do that in a world that sends mixed messages like: Love your body! But don’t gain any weight! You’re perfect just how you are! But you gotta work for that pizza. You feel the pressure to keep up - but not too much! You don’t want to seem self-absorbed. I am pushing back against all of this insanity. It’s time to break free from this confusing standard so you can stop feeling exhausted on the outside and totally empty on the inside. Because the reality is wellness is supposed to add to your life, not suck the life out of your life. The idea that healthy living means a joyless life, that starts on Monday, and leaves you feeling like you’re never enough, needs to stop. I’m on a mission to help you stop beating yourself up for not living up to these insane standards and shift your focus away from the mirror and put your eyes back onto what really matters. I want to help you thrive in taking care of your body, soul and spirit so you can feel healthy, strong, and confident from the inside out. It’s time to ditch feeling like you’re not enough and say sayonara to staying stuck in self-defeating cycles, so you can finally experience lasting transformation that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all you could ever ask or think. So, join me in conversations about wellness, healthy living, fitness infused with faith, and living healthy from the inside out. I’m Cambria Joy and this is The Joyful Life.
